New safety cover installed by Schaffer Custom Pool Services

"We moved to the area recently, and Schaffer Custom Pool Services came highly recommended when we asked around.

No surprise why. Schaffer's weekly pool service & maintenance (pool cleaning, pH analysis, etc.) has been consistently top-notch. They keep our pool looking great, and they always give us the heads-up whenever anything looks like it needs additional attention.

What really sets Schaffer apart, however, is their responsiveness and obvious attention to detail.

One example: Just before winter (and not too long after we moved in to our current home) we realized that the prior homeowners had not left the (custom-sized) pool cover behind. It would have taken me ages to gather the measurements, figure out how to find a cover that could be attached using our current fittings, obtain quotes/find a manufacturer, etc. Mike, however, had immediately volunteered to help, and he worked with his supplier, placed the order for us, and then installed the cover when it arrived. The price was right, and Schaffer also offers a service to clean, dry & store the cover at the end of the season. With his help, I have spent less time sorting out the pool cover than I have writing this review. For that I'm grateful. Love Schaffer Pools.

PS: I'd also be remiss if I didn't mention how awesome & responsive their phone service is as well. Super friendly -- all the time. Everyone at Schaffer has been a real pleasure to work with."
